


Within Aeroform Limited we are committed to provide products and services, with delivery on time and of good quality, which meet our customers’ specified contractual and project requirements. We are totally committed to setting and achieving quality standards that are capable of meeting, in all respects, the specified requirements and reasonable expectations of our customers. We will also maintain an awareness of these evolving needs and expectations.
Aeroform Limited shall develop and maintain a Quality Management System that conforms to the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 plus any other commitment to regulations, directives and standards appropriate to business - such as CE Marking, EC Directive 97/23/EC, the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED). This Quality Management System (QMS) will enable the organisation to provide and maintain a consistently high quality in all work we undertake. Our QMS shall ensure that proper communication, work control and accountable records are generated for all work undertaken.
All members of Aeroform Limited staff are charged with promoting these aims
and are required to familiarise themselves with the contents of our Quality
Manual. It defines that the Quality Management System has been established
and adopted as the means for achieving the organisation’s declared
Business Objectives, and is subject to regular Management Review. Everyone
connected with Aeroform Limited shall be supported according to their individual
needs
for Induction, Training, Personal Development, and facilities.
The Quality Manager based at the Aeroform Limited main office is my appointed management representative responsible for monitoring and ensuring the correct and effective implementation of Aeroform Limited Quality Management System as a whole. The QMS system will be the main medium for implementing the quality aims of the organisation.
The principles of Total Quality Management, especially Continual Improvement, shall be applied to every aspect of our activity. Quality shall be the responsibility of everyone, in every activity, throughout the organisation.
