URGENT SAFETY BULLETIN: Autoclave Loading and Unloading method.
Aeroform would like to restate to our customers the correct method for loading and unloading autoclaves supplied with loading rails.

Most Aeroform autoclaves are supplied with fitted rails, an example is shown in the photo below.



These rails are designed to carry the load (trolley and tool), and the maximum load weight will be defined in your quotation specifications.

If your autoclave is fitted with rails, then under no circumstances must the floor panels on either side of the rails, or down the centre of the rails, be used to carry the load, or a trolley or cart. These areas are designed only as personnel walkways.

If you believe that your company has not adhered to this requirement, we are happy to inspect the floor for damage or offer training in this area.
